This 20 kW generator is powered by the Perkins 404D-22G, a 2.216 L naturally aspirated diesel engine engineered for dependable backup power, low operating stress, and long term serviceability. Perkins engines are built for demanding commercial and industrial environments with established parts and service support across North America and internationally.
The alternator is a Stamford S0L2-M brushless unit rated for 22 kW, coupled with a Deepsea DSE digital controller providing automated monitoring and fault protection. The genset is delivered in a soundproof weatherproof enclosure with an 8 hour dual wall base fuel tank, integrated Webasto style coolant heater, and 12V electric start system.

Prime Power Rating
Continuous operation at variable load with no annual hour restriction. Permits 10% overload capacity for one hour in every twelve hour cycle where supported by the engine rating and site conditions.
Standby Power Rating
Emergency backup operation at variable load during utility outage. Rated for the duration of the power interruption. No overload permitted.
